For some reason, I suspect controversy with respect to the judge's bias is unlikely to help those poor Pirate Bay folks out much... it looks as though an appeal is more likely now, though.
I meant to post this one; the assertion that twitter is facilitating a classist elitism in newspaper journalism is an interesting one. Could the same be said of digital publishing/academic publishing period, or would such an elaboration be tautological?
